Humus Tahini - A Delicious & Easy Recipe

Humus Tahini is one of my all time favorite foods, both as a side dish, an appetizer, a main dish (as a sandwich), and everything in between. It brings together healthy dry garbanzo beans for complex carbs (chick peas), tahini with protein and healthy fats (sesame seed paste), garlic, lemon, olive oil, and that amazing smooth taste!  I'm going to show you two similar methods, one with dry chick peas soaked, and one with a can of precooked chick peas.
